Only one hour from Seattle. This trip is suitable for families, scout troops, senior citizens or anyone seeking a mild and scenic introduction to river touring. See spectacular views of Mt. Index, Mt. Baring and the Merchant Peaks as we wind our way downstream through open braided channels, gravel bars and clay banks. No real ‘rapids’ here, but several areas with ‘riffles’ enough to wet the appetite. We’ll stop and serve lunch half way down and savor the scenery. Wetsuits are not necessary. No experience necessary. A minimum of 6 persons is necessary to operate this trip.
